How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add Purchases to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the total shipping cost.

Shipping Charge

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service to the billing addressee and address only.  Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.   Shipping is not refundable.

Purchases under $200:

Purchases under $200 are shipped first class, insured, with signature confirmation.

Purchases $200 to $899 are shipped first class, insured, with restricted delivery.

Purchases $900 and over are shipped registered first class, insured, with restricted delivery.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  All merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt if the gem box containing the gemstone(s) or jewelry has not been opened and the tamper evident seals are intact.  

The merchandise must be returned in the original shipment packaging including the outer cardboard box, insured for the full value of all items, and be trackable.  Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer on all returned merchandise.  

An email must be sent to gempavilion@comcast.net providing date of return shipment, item number, item description, and tracking information.  

The shipment must be addressed to the name and address listed under "Sold by" on the receipt provided with the purchase.  Please do not make any reference to the website or Gem Pavilion which may result in an undelivered package.  

Merchandise will not be accepted that has not met this criteria.

If all criteria has been met, the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  Items will be shipped after the credit card charge or check have cleared the bank processing.  Credit cards can take as long as three to five days.  Personal checks can take as long as two weeks.  

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
